Can you ban this guy? He's beating me in ship battles with ships that I destroy in one hit. That's not possible, he's using cheats.

There is 100 accounts in top 200 of Kyber 1 with 1m GP and nobody care about it.
That's an algorithm issue I believe not definite cheating
