If it is a bug, a hotfix before the event ends would be greatly appreciated :)
Edit: bug in action (from the web). If ROLO's lead is present he should get 30% TM for being debuffed, taking him to 100% (which it does) and then having the stealth wear off after his turn is complete, no action taken. There are no other allies which could cause him to assist.
