Edit: bug in action (from the web). If ROLO's lead is present he should get 30% TM for being debuffed, taking him to 100% (which it does) and then having the stealth wear off after his turn is complete, no action taken. There are no other allies which could cause him to assist.

Definitely looks like a bug. Apparently TDs are counting as them doing the damage to themselves which is triggering Combat Analysis.
