Cody's 212th Attack cooldown reduction working as intended?

Based on this now showing up in the "currently being investigated section", my guess is no, the bonus attacks are not supposed to be reducing the cooldown. The extra attacks currently do affect it and allow for some breathing room on the cooldown. If/when they decide this is a bug and fix it Cody's 212th is going to be a lot less effective - resetting it is going to be next to impossible. Bring on the cooldowns!
