It's just time and effort. Also knowing that sometimes you need to sacrifice rank in the short term for long term benefits. For example I ran Wiggs for a long time until I had a good enough Sith/Empire team to use. And I now my Wiggs is more powerful than when I ran them but I do better with my Sith/Empire team
