That only applys to people who have yet to unlock palp and r2......for everyone else who is lacking one or two toons 7* leveled and geared up...or has missed the chance they are asking when will this event return.....seeing 12hrs and some change.....will make no difference when someone can fully 7* two toons as well as level and gear them
