But they're bringing out 'hoth han' and 'hoth leia' so surely he would be called 'hoth luke'? Also someone pointed out that the bespin clothing was just underneith the hoth suit, so wouldn't it be strange to have two versions in the same clothing?

Personally I'm still holding out hope for yellow jacket Luke, I think that would be really awesome and bring us directly to the end of ANH, leaving room for a future Hoth Luke from TB shipments
