Communication commitment
Am I the only one loving the new flow of communucation coming from CG? Especially our new community manager going out of their way to make sure we are we feel as if our input is valued and appreciated...

Yep. They keep pushing communication improvement - which is great. But we have heard this so many times before. They need to take that in consideration as we are asked to take so many things in consideration over and over again.

There are a couple of things I can surmise. For whatever reason - new toons and their corresponding events cannot be talked about for whatever reason. They are steadfast on that.
So my question is this - what communications do the devs/cm want to improve on? What do THEY think needs to be worked on or what do they want to work on?
I am an annoying person that loves mondays and the mornings. I’m that coworker you give the stank eye to because it’s 6 am and I am singing “walking on sunshine” because I’m an optimist and an idealist. But I really cannot see anything that will be improved.
Bug reports - don’t post them on the forums go to ea answers (a mess) for better dev visibility. Makes total sense. Scuba posts things about bugs all the time and it gets the same treatment as every other bug that works against players - WAI. Which sometimes that’s just the way it is but please understand this has always happened.
For the players that still haven’t recieved their DSTB rewards. Help them. Don’t throw them to the customer service.
Tldr- what communications do the DEVS think need an improvement on. Or is this just the ole communication carrot constantly being dangled in front of us.
