That's like telling someone not to use specials in arena.
if your arena battles are too easy, that would be a nice suggestion to make it more fun ;)
It's not about easy or difficult; I'm long past the final GW achievement. It's about the length of time it takes to complete and the monotony of facing the same dodge, RG, QGJ/Rey/Leia/GS teams for six straight nodes every single day.
The devs have acknowledged this issue and I, along with many others are hopeful for a fix soon.
