confusion with conquest

also, how come the computer gets like 10 first attacks before i get one? sorry for all the dumb questions, but im new to the game

Because they massively up the ai teams’ stats for “challenge reasons”. If you don’t like them having tons of turns, try to avoid facing the Carth Onasi teams (Old Republic)

Again, read the modifiers in each node of conquest 

how do i refresh my team without waiting days on end? 

Click the conquest energy button and do a refresh for 50 crystals 

I think they're referring to stamina, not energy. In which case, nevertelllies​ , you can use stim canisters, purchased from either the conquest store or scavengers in-conquest
