Conquest - Master’s Training Feat Reset if not Complete
Looks like after correctly fixing how Master’s Training is counted for the Sector 3 Feats, they reset the counts if you were not at 50.

So our lovely CM will actually flag this to the team. It's an unwelcome surprise if they are not aware as I believe this is the 3rd time something like this happens, but welcome to see that they at least acknowledge there is an issue.
