I really don't see much point in getting hung up on "harder", because people are apparently measuring it with different yardsticks (just like what is "fun" or "fair" in the GAC debate). Some think it's harder because it's grindier than before, some because some of the later sector feats are actually harder to achieve with under-geared teams, and some others because they couldn't do feats on the bonus nodes like before.
