All the other complaints were from before today's update went out. There's a 2nd update to Conquest that hit a couple hours ago (before your wrote your comment, but not necessarily before your last attempt). Try it again now and I bet you'll have more success.

If this game was anything but star wars it'd have died years ago with the "gotta get 'em to open more packs so they feel like they're getting something" management regieme.
Truth is ... since the Atari 2600, Star Wars fans have repeatedly demonstrated they will pay for any piece of garbage if you put the logo on the box.
