You are trying to log in on an Apple device, correct?

You cannot log into an apple device with a google account, that is not a game issue they can fix or make more simple. Different operating systems run on different code and I dont think any of them allow you to do that.

You can link your game to both Google and apple, but you would have to log into the game to do this process.
