Crystal refreshes
i just spent 1100 crystals on guild shop refreshes so I could get the 1 shard I needed which is in regular rotation and it NEVER appeared..SERIOUSLY??

I don't mind the gambling aspect of the game, but hitting a good win seems few and far between.
I did get a lot of high tier rare wins from playing the slots in Borderlands 2. There was a site that listed the odds of the various prizes and b o o b y prizes.
