Who, how, why? Vader inflicted all enemies with Dots, and it's not Jessie's turn, like what happens? He assists when jessie takes turn?
What I meant was that when Vader inflicts DoTs on everyone, right? Jesse dispels those DoTs, then each of ally that had them dispelled would attack their last attacker, similar to the effects of Retribution or a counter. But if what I am saying does seem still a bit confusing, then should I just rework that to work differently or take away the "calls to Assist" bit?
If I may say so, at the s7 Jessie seemed like pretty stoic character even extreme in this aspect, he resisted Maul's Mind technic more then other clones. Plus, even when Rex stunned him, he woke up faster then other clones. Some resistance against cd and tm manipulation maybe, or maybe some debuff dispel
Plus, he lead small group to catch Maul and lead clones during last episodes, so you may consider Leadership
As I mentioned, I was basing this concept on his appearance during the Battle of Umbara arc in the TV show and I didn't really think he would be considered leader materiel at the time. I actually am currently working on a concept/idea for his Season 7 appearance.
