Cuffs

12 Sims: 0 cuffs 9 sims: 1 cuff 10 sims: 1 cuff This is getting old I don't care what devs say or who's tested it drop rates are not RNG what a joke this game puts everything behind a paywall ...

I got 10 cuffs on my 30ish sims today. Seems about right.
