Customer Support does not help at all!!!!!

Customer support claims “Everything you get or accomplish in this game is based on the performance of each player” multiple times before. Yet during events, I get the lowest rewards possible even when I get the highest achievement possible then they claim it isn’t based on performance but just random. Instead of speaking to me about it they gave me terrible compensation such as small amount guild event points and championship credits crystals and the worst toon in the game, 3 clone wars Chewbacca shards. I do not understand how they can just blatantly lie in regards to this and offer no support and just close the conversation.
