Talked to a very nice gentleman from support a few weeks ago. He sent me a follow-up email with instructions on how to clear my cache on my android to improve connectivity and asked if I had any further questions. I mean, my request was about GAC not connectivity, I use an iphone, and you can't reply to the email, but other than that great job
