CX-2 Ascension Bundle error?

Hey all. Anyone else having this problem? I bought the $4.99 tier, then tried to by the $9.99 tier that includes the relic materials, zetas and 10 shards of CX-2, but it keeps saying I don't have an internet connection despite clearly still playing the game and able to buy the free packs... Any tips to fix this or is it a bug for everyone?
