This is a good point, but I think the OP is saying that the "hard farms" shouldn't be basic characters required to field the bare minimum for a squad. For example, Clones and First Order that only have 5 characters. For the sake of fun and balance, there should be an easily farmable squad for each faction, even if the characters kind of suck.
It would be nice to see them distribute the characters you listed throughout the currency shops, and rotate newer toons into those slots, like Gar Saxon, ISC, Paploo, Logray...
