Right, so I have to spend all those resources for the characters to get Thrawn. And then I still have to wait 6 months for the event to come up. Huh, no fair... put Thrawn in the Arena store.
They are in no way the same. This argument is as useless as the minimum wage one. Thrawn is a newly introduced top tier legendary character and works according to that well defined set of rules. The heroes mentioned in this thread have some utility but are not top tier heroes (and don't give me the Clones in P4 nonsense, Resistance can solo P4 just fine and are easily farmed).
You haven't presented a single argument except that specious and contemptible Thrawn argument. And there have been plenty of arguments why these heroes should be farmable.
To sum up, the OP is right except if you're a masochist, narcissist, some drivel about McDonalds wages and something about Thrawn.
