Discussion... should they change Sith to "Dark Jedi" / "Dark Force User" instead of Sith? Being evil and using a red lightsaber isn't indicative of being Sith. Doing that would allow others like a Dark Side Barris, Inquisitors, Kylo Ren, etc to be brought under the same synergy.
