I think that would be pretty awesome. We all know Galactic Legend Jedi Luke Skywalker and Galactic Legend Darth Vader will come in the relatively near GL future, I’d like to see an unexpected pair come next.

We don't.
Perhaps a better way of phrasing it would have been along the lines of "it seems possible, perhaps even likely, that we'll get a version of Luke and Vader as Galactic Legends".
Speculation of course, but not too outlandish I'd have thought.
If Luke came to the game people will think game is dying and would stop spending
People speculating on the game dying is hardly new.
I'd imagine he's going to come into the game anyway. And if so some people will spend. And spend a lot.
