For each Finishing Blow he gets, he gains a Passive called Vicious, that can stack 3 times.

Vicious:
1 Finishing Blow = + 25 % Offense.
2 Finishing Blows = +50 % Offense.
3 Finishing Blows = +75 % Offense.
