Han is also a freebie toon. Just sit around on raids and youll unlock him with little effort. So is CLS, Thrawn and Palpatine (so the argument of the first 2 being hard to get doesnt really apply to Palpatine, a 5 rebel squad is easy to do, in fact youre expected to do it).

Both I think should recieve a rework. With synergy to one another, Vader potentially being an attack dog to Palpatine

As for Palpatine ideas, maybe a shock that refreshes for one turn when dispelled. under a unique

And Vader gets synergy with DOTs
