You're arguing with yourself at this point. All I've stated are facts, which are indisputable. You have to farm specific characters to unlock Palpatine. You don't have to unlock anything to farm Vader. Also, he can be purchased in the fleet store, along with Geonosian Soldier. Let me know the next time you see Palpatine for 400 fleet tokens. Case closed.
I'm not saying that we don't deserve a more powerful Vader. I'm just stating the fact that for a Legendary character, Palpatine is underpowered. For a fleet store purchase, Vader meets the requirements. If we were to receive a better Vader, I would prefer it be through a Legendary event, or some other difficult means. Reworking a toon that everyone 60+ has, defeats the purpose.
You have to consider the impact on all stages of the game, not just where you currently are as a player.
