Im not. But if you do buy those fleet shipments, then how is Vader free? You dont need to worry about level 60s unlocking a more powerful vader, just make:
a) his gear requirements gear 10 and few will have him regardless of unlocking
b) put the good stuff on zetas
This would only then affect level 80+ arena shards. However a 4 star vader wont affect anything, its ****. Why are you worrying about an incomplete toon? Palpatine as is makes that look bad.
