Darth Vader needs one more power - Revenge of the Sith
Overall I find Vader fell behind in its power, as new characters came along.
I think that he can be brought up with the addition of a single power, which would also add to him some flavor of the character.
Revenge of the Sith - is showcased by a unique icon with a Vader helmet on it. Can't be dispelled or prevented on Vader but can be cleansed on enemies (unless Zeta'ed).
RotS stacks on both enemies and Vader, with increasing effects. RotS point don't expire.
When Vader is attacked, he will spend RotS points on his stack to alter the incoming attack, reducing its effectiveness or even returning the effect to the enemy. The amount of points spent depends on how many he has stacked. He will always spend the maximum possible points available. When an enemy attacks Vader, the number of RotS points spent stack on the enemy.
1 point - halves resistable/dodgeable damage received. debuffs may still apply.
2 points - resistable/dodgeable attack misses. Debuffs which depend on attack contact won't be applied.
3 points - reflects resistable/dodgeable attack damage back to attacker.
4 points - reflects resistable/dodgeable damage and effects back to attacker and applies a DoT. Effects resistable.
5 points - downgrades "effect can't be resisted or prevented" to a plain dodgeable/resistable attack, allowing it to be reflected back at the attacker. This showcases Vader's ability to counter Han's "shoots first" ability, in the iconic banquet scene of SW:ESB.
Each RotS point on the enemy debuffs him with:
-2% max health, protection, dodge, armor, crit chance, crit damage, potency, tenacity, and speed. (across the board downgrade)
Whenever Vader gains a RotS stack, he gains 5% TM.
Whenever Vader strikes or suffers a hit or debuff, or gains a buff (not a RotS stack), he gains one RotS stack.
Whenever any character dies, Vader gains 2 stacks.
Whenever Vader kills someone, he gains 3 stacks. (accumulates with "any character dies").
Levels 1 to 7 - +1 RotS at the beginning of battle.
Zeta - +3 RotS stacks before the beginning of battle.
When Vader kills someone, Vader regains RotS stacks on enemy.
Whenever Vader applies a debuff, he gains 1 stack per debuff applied.
Vader may gain a lot of RotS stacks, but he will be also be spending them as fast as he can.
Effects that prevent counter attacks will prevent the reflected damage and effects, even if the RotS stack are spent.
