database help

Not sure if this is 'general' in category or not but here goes.

I have an idea to pull the data from everyone in guild, this should help in the organization for TB.
I'm assuming it has to be possible using a third party site like swgoh.gg or something. Does anyone already do something like this to organize the guilds data? I would be really interested to see all the data in spreadsheet format: character level/star level, gear level etc

Any tech help or tutorial vid links are appreciated.
