    I have met all of the requirements. The status says that it is done but the characters picture is still in the to do list.

    Also try clearing your phone's data cache. Should be in 'Settings', under 'Storage'.

    No such luck! Maybe this should be moved to bugs and issues. I have tried uninstalling an re-installing. I have tried shutting down everything and turning off the router and motem nothing has worked. What's next? Start a ticket with EA? Ugh!

    do you have any other tasks in your taskbook if so then that could be why so finish those if you have any but keep database free

    Okay I will try this. I did receive the Ziff corp. sign quest at around the same time as finishing up the database pt.2. It will take a day or two as I am trying to get the funds to purchase the sign.
