Dates for Double Drops

9th Anniversary Announcement has 11 /22 to 11 /26. The In-Game announcement has 11 /22 to 11 /25. Mistake or rhetoric?

4 day event (Day 1 22nd, Day 2 23rd, Day 3 24th, Day 4 25th), so the 4th day of the event would end on 26th. so both are kind of right I guess haha
