Dear CG, Fix the other stuff in Conquest while you're at it

Besides reducing consumables to only one battle, over-tuning mid-end bosses, increasing enemy speed + tenacity, and having pretty ridiculous feats ... ... How about fixing the "attempt to inflict" ...

attempts usually don't count if the hit kills the target, that's where a lot of missed attempts come from
many things can also be dodged resulting in no attempt to do whatever
