New event started now will end exact at the moment when we will receive 5th char needed to participate in this event. OK , if the war declared to us , we will fight .

I guess what people are asking is if the scoundrel event has been delayed already, where would the harm be in delaying it 1 additional day to give more people the chance to participate when it starts.
Yes you can farm all 5 characters and not rely on Dengar but with a scoundrel event being advertised and a scoundrel character being available for the daily logins, it isn't to much of a leap that people would be banking on using Dengar as the 5th scoundrel in the team.
