Just wondering if the mod inventory cap has been decreased? I reached the mod limit and sold off 2 mods from my inventory but still couldn’t claim 1 mod from the inbox. Is this an intentional limit ...

It’s in a mod loadout. Go to that and remove them and you should be able to sell them on.
