I got all those ships quite easily. On what basis are you saying that some are more difficult than others? Just relic levels for prereqs? Because with the new raid rewards relic tiers are far more accessible now than they were when Exec first dropped.
Levi had its reign as top dog. If you want to kill my Levi with your Exec, that's fine with me as long as there's an option to kill your Exec without using a mirror. Exec is too old to be in the unbeatable-except-by-mirror category.
Well, Exec requires only 2 R8s with the rest being R5, while Levi requires 2 R9s with the rest being R7s. I see your point on raids making relics easier to upgrade but the difference is still dramatically higher for Levi regardless.
Independent of that argument, Exec requires one conquest unit (Razor Crest), while Levi requires 2 (Fury and Malgus). Also, Darth Revan and Malak are arguably harder to get than Beskar Mando.
