I started my account when I lived and studied in the US. Now that I moved back to Europe I am missing out on energy, arena, ships and the shop refreshes. I am 7 h ahead of the time zone set in the game. I sent a ticket to EA and they told me that maybe changing the phone timezone will change the game timezone. That is the extent of their help... I used to be in top 10 in arena and ships. I've been playing and buying stuff for a year and a half now and this is just frustrating.
