We are not seeing this in our alliance.
People come and people go, this is nothing new. Generally speaking there is a alot of people willing to move right after a TB. We see more people wanting to move up not really leave.
This new game mode made it harder for people to ride the coat tails of a guild leagues better then they were just because they would do 600. This may be what you are seeing as those people don't have an easy road to stay on top, this game is a marathon and not everyone can deal with the current pace.
