Different payout times for Arena

I've read that some shards have different payout times, is this true for many shards or just a few?

Some players I've talked to think this is crazy, but the payout is not a regular or standard time for most players.

Offc also heard that some shards are good at organizing payouts with a certain pecking order, also not easy to manage players. Would be good to know more about payout times of other players so at least we know what we're up against payout time.
