well guys the game has changed quite a bit since historic facts that are being posted here. the name of the game is now balanced game lol. meaning all good teams can win against best teams. in terms of leads if u have great mods and appropriate zetas u can run zader zaul rex gk dn wedge phasma zoba lead and still take 1st. not sure about resistance don't have them and don't fight them. one most common denominator to all top teams is mostly chaze, yes they are incredible and will continue to be so if u don't have them get them.
So it is 8 leads that are now arena viable guys, not just discussion about meta zaul or rex. But other 6 might require work beyond what is standard for most players. There are numerous strategies to make all these teams work and that's where the fun is.
As most run rex and zaul (and I ran both teams more than successfully) I refuse to do so now, lol, going retro with wedge chaze r2 fully zetad. Go figure that team is by far most offensive team in the game if top moded with cd/cc sets with high speed secs.
