You can't compare them. CLS is much easier to get early on. Revans are much harder and newer and SHOULD be better.
However, CLS can easily beat Revan if you're doing it right.
Besides that, you need several squads for various game modes, and CLS is still one of the best. Almost a necessity to be competitive in GA.
