Displaying of Buffs and Debuffs

It's a minor thing but it would help if when a character is selected you can see all their buffs and debuffs displayed in front of someone else's buffs and debuffs. Especially considering how many ch...

In the territory battles when using my empire team I just target whoever is leaning over as I can't see their health bar through their own buffs and my piles of debuffs.
