okay I see it now, it's not very well worded or phrased - so on that "+1 action" how would you know if he is going to use it and then annhilate immediately after if annhilate is on 2 turn cooldown? it's broken if you ask me - how could you ever hope to play with a proper plan to counter it if it's so RNG dependent?
