They need to move to long story arcs like Clone Wars did over 2-3 episodes. Right now, Rebels isn't bad, but considering how Clone Wars was handled, I much prefer unfolding stories. Rebels is made almost entirely of "it's been 22 minutes and we saved the universe until next week!" episodes. Feels like a series of short one shots instead of an expansion of the universe. I'm sure this is Disney's call tho. It's still good, and there's amazing moments, but those amazing moments are almost entirely comprised of making you remember Clone Wars and then they're done in minutes. I'm not saying it has to rehash Clone Wars, but it does need to allow any good moment to be savored, regardless of it's its roots, and that isn't happening when it compartmentalizes every story in one episode. I really want this show to be amazing, but right now I'd day it's just good. I'm not going to stop watching either. It's worth it.
