How is this a good thing? Yes, George Lucas has some good ideas, but guess what movies were entirely directed by him. A New Hope and the prequels. And I actually like the prequels (besides Phantom Menace), but his corny dialogue and bad directiong for the actors really held these movies back. And not to mention in RoTJ he was the reason Ewoks were in it, so I don't see how him making the Clone Wars is a good thing lol.
