Does anyone else's guild TB default to hoth?

Our guild's TB keeps defaulting to hoth, is there a way for it to default to ROTE as we've accidently doing hoth for a few times already.   Thanks.

Hoth is always the default.
The guild leader or officers have ~3 days before the start of TB to make a different choice.
