Especially when her AI still thinks she can heal others with her dispel! It's absurd how bad she is in arena.

But, counterpoint. 110 or so speed should not be the result of using a speed leader. Using a speed leader should make your team have great to excellent speed, not 'still bad, just not outrageously bad' speed.
