Does Asajj Ventress Need to be Fixed (Renamed)

The main gripe i have with her right now is her dispel. I didn't read the entire post, so i don't know if this has been said or not, and i'm sorry if I'm copying another players statement, but why in the bloody hell, does the ai count it as an attack? If i use her dispel to take offense up off a Dooku lead team, not only can they resist the effect, but it counts as a dodge? So characters that didn't originally have offense up, suddenly get it. It baffles me, because it is not an attack. I think it's only fair to have it resisted, but dodged too?
