Does Teebo's Scramble Tactics apply to himself?
Aka, does teebo gain +30% stealth chance if I omega this ability? I saw that toons are now counted as their own allies. If not, I don't want to waste my omegas.

Oh come on, that only happens 50% of the time! Or whenever I don't want it to. Or if it's a day ending in 'y'.
It very very rarely happens to me. But when it does, it seems to happen the entire raid. And he seems to get resisted at a much higher rate. Amazingly bad RNG all rolled together.
