Droid Rework 2: 4LOM (new Droid Leader) - Kit Discussion
As part of my thoughts on reworking droids, I'd like to add 2 new droid leaders, both from the Star Wars original trilogy: 4LOM and EV-9D9. This thread will focus on 4LOM. You'll recall him as one of the bounty hunters assigned to capture Han Solo by Vader in Empire Strikes Back.

Here is the kit for him I have in mind, a more deadly defensive kit for a droid (and bounty hunter) support leader. Of course, these abilities would power up over a course of levels.
4LOM (Dark Side, Droid, Support, Bounty Hunter, Scoundrel):
MAIM : Deal physical damage to target enemy and Daze them for 2 turns.
With Omega: If enemy is already debuffed, it has a 70% chance to also inflict Ability Block.
POISED FOR BATTLE : All allies gain the "Poised for battle" buff for 2 turns -- the next time an ally suffers damage, they immediately gain 100% turn meter. Allies with more than 50% TM when hit also have their cooldowns reduced by 1. (Buff dispelled after it activates).
With Omega: Cooldowns are reduced by 1 (applies to all allies when hit regardless of whether or not they have 50%+ TM).
TARGET ACQUIRED : Put the "Wanted" debuff on target enemy for 2 turns. Anytime your team attacks this target, a random ally is called to assist. This debuff cannot be evaded, resisted, copied, or dispelled.
INFERNAL PROGRAMMING : All droid and bounty hunter allies gain 30 speed, +30% Accuracy, +20% potency.
With Zeta: Whenever they fall below full health, they gain stealth and retribution for 2 turns. If they suffer no damage in between each of these turns, they regain 20% protection.
MASTER DETECTOR : 4LOM ignores Stealth, has +20% dodge chance, and starts each encounter with Foresight. If Zuckuss is present, he also gains these bonuses.
